Hunting rabbit?
It's squirrel season now in Ohio. I never knew that people hunted squirrels until a few days ago.

I know they hunt them, but I've never eaten squirrel. I'd like to try it.

My prairie nibba cookbook has recipes for squirrel though I've never had the opportunity to use them. Would try.

Actually not a big fan of rabbit. Not much flavor, less than poached organic chicken breasts imo.
It's all about diet.
Country squirrel is very good imo.
