Epstein documents show his prostate was removed.

Medical examiner said the corpse had an enlarged prostate.

Epstein didn't kill himself. Nobody else killed him either. He's happy and alive somewhere in isreal.

If you lose your prostate, you largely lose the ability to maintain an erection. If he was constantly fucking women and kids, he would have to use certain appliances to keep doing that after the operation.

@BroDrillard Viagra wouldn't help keep the erection. One of the things the prostate does is it clamps down such that it traps blood in in the penis when you get aroused. Without it you can get hard, but it quickly deflates. It's one of the reasons guys with enlarged prostates are often hesitant to get it removed. Doing so either makes having sex very difficult or impossible.
