@BroDrillard yup, and "getting most of it removed" would be a way to answer simply to that rather than "well, actually they removed 70% of it to deal with prostate cancer"

I'm simply noting that there are ways this could make sense. If we had something that wasn't a snipped comment from a lab report company which said he had a radical, then I'd be really questioning.

But my overall opinion is still that the people that would have the power to get him out and have a double placed there are very few and him dying there would be the cleaner option for all of them, so they'd really really have to owe him to try that operation.

Even the rothchilds, they could certainly afford it, but the problem is that if the operation wasn't successful, would they be actually firewalled?
@BroDrillard Viagra wouldn't help keep the erection. One of the things the prostate does is it clamps down such that it traps blood in in the penis when you get aroused. Without it you can get hard, but it quickly deflates. It's one of the reasons guys with enlarged prostates are often hesitant to get it removed. Doing so either makes having sex very difficult or impossible.
