watched a youtube about why streaming videos suck so much, really interesting. basically the entire construction of the movie is based around super fine-grained streaming metrics. and those metrics say "make ocean's eleven, over and over and over again, and make sure something happens every 30 seconds or people will close the tab"

It just fails to mention something that i personally noticed these last years: 3D movies forces the focus to be very close and you can't do anything interesting in the background with it because it would fuck up the 3D, this forces only to have everything upfront and nothing that could bring more life in the background.
