@f0x I find the more manual processes more satisfying for ritualistic ends. Haven't gone hand grinder yet but I love me pour over

@pwm @f0x I have a mid-grade one (just over a hundred credits) and it's not really worth it, the granulometry of the grounds is all over the place and it takes minutes of cranking (🐗) just to have enough for one cup. Stick to vacuum-packed preground.

@pwm @f0x my grinder is also a burr grinder, I hate the silt that's left at the bottom of the mug after I pass the coffee through the colander (coffee filter paper is strange and exotic, unobtainable where I am)

@benis_redux @f0x it cannot possibly be so difficult BUT if you wanted to solve that you could always grade the particles yourself. One time purchase of a screen and no more fines
