TLDR: The "decapitation strike" was an even more retarded move than originally thought. Once the supreme leader died 31 autonomous commands have their dead-man-switch orders, and only the supreme leader can stop them. And he's dead. His successor is supposedly wounded and have not been seen. So good luck stopping this.
